The law of ukraine (21.03.2017 n.1959 -VIII)
For the first time in Ukraine, a simplified procedure for setting tariffs for non-gas heat energy has bee introduced, which provides a boost for business to attract investment in renewable energy sector and removes the corruption component which makes the mechanism more transparent (SAEE source).
